Effect of YRL1091 on the activation of caspase 9 in MDA-MB-231 cells. Cells were treated with YRL1091 at 10 and 30 μM for 24 h. The level of cleaved caspase 9 was measured by western blotting. Each data point was calculated as the percentage of protein level in vehicle-treated control cells.
