Fenofibrate inhibits in vivo tumorigenicity, promotes p53 accumulation, and reprograms the tumor-immune microenvironment. (A) UMSCC47 xenograft model. UMSCC47 cells were implanted into the flanks of athymic nude mice and tumors were allowed to develop without intervention.
