C57BL/6 mice were subcutaneously injected with Panc 02 cells alone or together with the RAW264.7 cells pretreated for 24 h with 100 ng/mL of LPS or 15 μg/mL of rHSP90α (n = 5 per group). The sizes of developing tumors were superficially measured using a Vernier caliper and their volumes were calculated with the formula of ½ × length × width² (A).
