Case 6 (V-3) and case 7 (IV-13) were initially thought to be unrelated, but after thorough interrogation were found to be first cousins once removed. Individual III-4 suffered sudden cardiac death at age 39 years, III-5 at age 56 years; and IV-15 at age 6 years. p.Thr1708Asn heterozygous individuals III-6, IV-6, IV-8, and V-5 had minor ECG manifestations, including prolonged PR and/or prolonged QTc intervals.
