Activated helper T cells stimulate and activate mature B cells in the tonsillar germinal center to produce Gd-IgA1. The produced Gd-IgA1 flows into the systemic circulation via the lymphatic system. At that time, the activated B cells migrate into the body circulation and settle in the bone marrow.
