Representative fluorescence microscopy images of cells following various treatments (treated with 100 μM mirin where indicated) for HeLa-NT (A–D) and XRCC4 knockout (E–H) cells. Cells co-transfected with a TALEN reporter plasmid (expressing mCherry) along with either empty vector or TALEN plasmids produced GFP⁺ cells indicating DNA repair editing had occurred. Cells were analyzed 48 h post-transfection and representative images are shown.
