Low-magnification view of the hematoxylin and eosin stain (A) displays abundant lymphoplasmacytic infiltrates, mainly in a perivascular distribution (curved arrow), admixed with whorls of meningothelial cells (straight arrow). The lymphocytic infiltrates with big nuclei showed strong CD20 immunoreactivity (B) and the meningothelial cells were weakly reactive to EMA (C).
