A schematic presentation of Astra-M-Sp instrument for LFMF generator. The set-up contains an original electromagnet with a thermostatic sample volume for a standard photometric cuvette. The electromagnet is connected to the AC generator (California Instruments 2001RP), which can supply 12 A current through the winding. As a result, a sinusoidal magnetic field forms inside the electromagnet air gap. Light beam from the light source (AvaLight DHc, Avantes, Apeldoorn, The Netherland) passes through the cuvette with the help of optical fiber. The intensity of light passed through the cuvette is measured with a spectrometer (AvaSpec 2048, Avantes, Apeldoorn, The Netherland) with the help of optical fiber.
