The NF-κB pathway participates in the anti-inflammatory effect of NZD in RAW264.7 cells. RAW264.7 cells were stimulated with LPS (1 μg/mL) for 8 h after NZD pretreatment for 1 h. (A) The localization of p65 in the cytoplasm and nucleus was measured by immunofluorescence staining.
