1 Linear regression models were constructed to evaluate the determinants of HS (sonography-graded fatty liver: 0 = no, 1 = mild; ≥2 = moderate/sever) in the total and visceral obesity (VOB)-stratified subgroups (visceral adiposity grade > 10). Differences were considered to be statistically significant at * p < 0.05, ** p < 0.01 and *** p < 0.001. 2 Multivariables linear regression models were adjusted for age, sex and BMI.
