Dysbiosis of gut and lung in COVID-19 patients. In the lung of SARS-CoV-2 infected patients, Acinetobacter, Chryseobacterium, Burkhoderia, Brevudimonas, and Sphingobium were prevalent [74]. The gut microbiota of COVID-19 patients was also altered, with the decrease of Bacteroides [69], Bifidobacterium [68], Eubacterium rectale [68], Faecalibacterium prausnitzii [73], Lachnospiraceae [69], Parabacteroides [69], and the increase of Clostridium hathewayi [71], Clostridium ramosum [71], Collinsella [69], Coprobacillus [71], Morganella [69], Streptococcus [69].
