IC50 of Sb(III) and miltefosine. Human isolate: PGLC, rodent isolates: 32-1, 32-2, 32-3. Infectivity percentages were calculated according to infected cells and non-infected cells. The means ± were determined from three independent experiments for the MTT assay and two independent experiments for parasite infectivity.
