PDHi led to the induction of EMT phenotype. (A) Western blot analysis showing the decrease of E-cadherin (epithelial marker) and increase in vimentin (mesenchymal marker) in PDHi treated A549 cells. (B) Wound healing assay was performed in A549 cells when cultured with PDHi at indicated doses and time points. The results are shown at 100× magnification. (C) Transwell invasion assay was conducted on PDHi treated (24 h) A549 cells.
