(A) Measurement of retinal and choroidal layers (n = 60 primates, 98 eyes). All retinal layers were measured at 1.5 mm on both temporal and nasal sides and in the foveal center. Total retinal thickness is measured from the nerve fiber layer (NFL) to the retinal pigment epithelium (RPE). Total retinal thickness caliper is shown at 1.5 mm eccentricity.
