Clinical application of PSNT: (a) an established pedicle screw channel in Mimics software; (b) PSNTs were designed in 3-Matic software. Then, the PSNTs were printed with PLA and resin respectively and were sterilized by the plasma; (c) during the operation, the PSNTs matched the bone surface well, and the screw channel was positioned accurately; (d) Postoperative CT showed that the position of 6 pedicle screws was excellent.
