The common ground electrodes were placed at bilateral iliac crests (not shown). Participants wore a fanny pack to carry the stimulation device during locomotor training. Stimulation used biphasic, rectangular, 1-ms pulses at a frequency of 30 Hz filled with a carrier frequency of 10 kHz (right top).
