*In a separate Wilcoxon signed-rank test that included 21 patients with complete data in both pre- and post- setting, the change from baseline was statistically significant (V=23, p=0.001) with Δ median value (% from baseline median value) = 7.2 log₁₀ copies/mL (61%) and a large effect size, r=0.57.
