Reduction of ARNO expression down-regulates IL-1β-mediated cytokine expression. Secretion of IL-6, CCL2 and MMP3 was analysed by ELISA in the supernatant of control and ARNO siRNA treated naïve SFs (A) and SFs expanded from mice undergoing experimental Collagen-Induced Arthritis (B). Cells were stimulated with IL-1β as indicated, and cell supernatants were collected after 24h for cytokine quantification.
