PC and PE profiles of EDL from 12-week-old B10-WT and -mdx mice fed different diets from birth. Mice were raised on CE-2 standard chow (chow) (A), or custom diets rich in FA 18:1 (oleic) (B) or FA 18:2 (linoleic) (C). PC compositions were measured by LC-MS. PC 34:1 showed a similar increase in mdx tissue regardless of diet, but increased PC 34:2 was variably detected in mdx tissues, depending on the diets. PC and PE peak values are expressed as the percentage of total signals and means ± SD are plotted.
