(A and B) The VRC01 multimer variants VRC01_RGY, VRC01_RGY-KA, and VRC01_RGY-LALA were tested for their ability to mediate HIV-1_iGFP-JRFL internalization in monocytes (A) and neutrophils (B). Results are reported as virion internalization score (percent positive cells × MFI). Experiments (performed in triplicate) were repeated six times with cells from different healthy donors.
