For each parameter (MESOR, amplitude, acrophase), the mean and standard error are reported along with the P value of the unpaired t test between control and alcohol-treated groups (P < 0.05). For those genes in the alcohol-treated group that the null hypothesis was rejected indicating a lack of rhythmicity, no values for MESOR, amplitude, or acrophase were calculated.
