PI3K, p-ERK1/2 and ERCC1 expression was upregulated by OPN overexpression but down-regulated by OPN silencing. Cells in different groups were transfected with the appropriate vectors. After transfection, all DDP groups were cultured in medium supplemented with 5 µM DDP, and other groups were cultured in normal medium.
