E3Ab inhibits cancer cell migration and invasion in vitro. Tumor cells were treated with E3Ab, lidocaine, or PBS. The transwell migrating cells (A) and the invading cells (B) were significantly decreased in the E3Ab group and the lidocaine group compared with the PBS group; (C) EdU incorporation assays.
