HK2 expression was assayed by qRT-PCR and western blot. (A) Fluorescent microscope (400×) was used to observe GFP positive cells. Approximately 90% cells were successfully infected with lentivirus in both groups; (B) HK2 mRNA was determined by qRT-PCR. HK2 mRNA was significantly reduced by treatment with Lv-shHK2 (***, P<0.01); (C) expression of HK2 protein was determined by western blot analysis.
