TFU and RTL changes in carcinoma, adenoma and cancer-associated fibroblast (CAF) cells. (A) TFUs in carcinoma cells were statistically significantly lower than in CAF. (B) There was an inverse relationship between TFU in CAF and age, with a decrease telomere at a rate of 50.76 TFUs each year. (C) TFU in adenoma cells was significantly lower than in CAF.
