Rutin inhibits colony formation in human glioma CHME cells. Colony formation was inhibited by rutin in a dose-dependent manner. The data represent the means ± standard errors of six experiments performed in triplicate. Untreated samples were compared with rutin-treated samples. The data presented here are the means of three independent experiments; statistical significance was assigned at *P<0.05, **P<0.01, and ***P<0.001 compared with the untreated control.
