Rutin-induced ROS generation in CHME cells. Flow cytometric analysis of ROS in CHME cells using DCFH-DA. Rutin generated ROS in a concentration-dependent manner in CHME cells. Untreated samples were compared with rutin-treated samples. The data presented here are the means of three independent experiments; statistical significance was assigned at *P<0.05, **P<0.01, and ***P<0.001 compared with the untreated control.
