Rutin-induced nuclear morphological changes in CHME cells. Fluorescence microscopic analysis of apoptosis induction in CHME cells using DAPI. Rutin-induced nuclear condensation, nuclear fragmentation, and membrane blebbing were observed in a concentration-dependent manner. The magnification power of fluorescence microscope is 20×.
