A) Titration of VNN2 protein using an isotype control antibody. B) Various dilutions were perform in order to identify the optimal sub-saturating amount of VNN2-PE antibody, since undiluted VNN2 stains CD14 cells virtually 100%. A 1:10 dilution (third panel from the left) produced the desired staining.
