Exosomal lncRNA ATB derived from ovarian cancer cells changes the expression of a few EMT markers in HUVECs via regulating miR-204-3p/TGFβR2 axis. (A) Three online bioinformatics databases (Targetscan, miRDB, miRWalk) were used to predict the target genes of miR-204-3p. (B) MiR-204-3p agomir and miR-204-3p agomir NC were transfected into HUVECs with Lipofectamine^® 2000. Dual-luciferase reporter assay was used to confirm the binding of miR-204-3p and TGFβR2.
