Assay of secretion of cytokines in macrophages. The macrophages were infected with recombinant M. smegmatis MS_Rv2650c and MS_Vec at MOI 10:1, respectively, and the secretion of cytokines TNF-α, IL-10, 1L-1β, and 1L-6 in macrophages was measured by ELSA. The supernatant at a certain time point was collected to detect the secretion of TNF-α (A), 1L-1β (B), 1L-6 (C), and IL-10 (D). Similar results were obtained in 3 independent experiments.
