Figure 5. — Gal3Long1 vaccination is associated with a reduction in tumor-infiltrating Gal3⁺ leukocytes and Tregs. Mice (n = 5–10/group) were inoculated with 0.5 × 10⁶ EO771.LMB cells on day 0 and stratified into treatment groups on day 7. Mice received two DMSO control or Gal3Long1 vaccinations, one week apart, starting on day 7. On day 17 mice were sacrificed, tumors were harvested and flow cytometry was performed on tumor single-cell suspensions. (a) Percentage of CD45⁺CD11b⁻ cells of total live cells.
