Gal3Long1 vaccination alters the composition of the T-cell memory populations in the spleen. Mice (n = 6–8/group) were inoculated with EO771.LMB cells on day 0. After stratification into treatment groups on day 10, mice were vaccinated with a DMSO control or Gal3Long1 vaccine on day 10 and 17.
