Effect of licochalcone A on LPS-induced secretions of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) (a), interleukin-1β (IL-1β) (b) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) (c) in claw dermal cells. Cells were exposed to gradient concentrations of licochalcone A (1, 5, 10 μg/mL) with or without the presence of 10 μg/mL LPS for 12, 24, and 48 h, respectively.
