Effect of licochalcone A on LPS-induced protein levels of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ (PPARγ), p-κB inhibitor α (IκBα) and p-p65 in claw dermal cells after treatment for 12 h (a,b), 24 h (c,d) and 48 h (e,f). Cells were exposed to gradient concentrations of licochalcone A (1, 5, 10 μg/mL) with or without the presence of 10 μg/mL LPS for 12, 24, and 48 h, respectively. The relative protein expressions of PPARγ/β-actin, p-IκBα/β-actin and p-p65/p65 were measured.
