Effect of licochalcone A on LPS-induced mRNA expressions of toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) (a) and myeloid differentiation factor 88 (MyD88) (b) in dermal cells. Cells were exposed to gradient concentrations of licochalcone A (1, 5, 10 μg/mL) with or without the presence of 10 μg/mL LPS for 12, 24, and 48 h respectively. The gene expressions of TLR4 and MyD88 were quantified using PCR analysis.
