Silencing XIAP partially reversed the promotion of lncRNA SNHG12 on DDP resistance in NSCLC cells. NSCLC cells were transfected with si-XIAP (si-XIAP-1, si-XIAP-2) to down-regulate the expression of XIAP, and si-NC was used as negative control. A: qRT-PCR was used to verify the transfection efficiency of XIAP; si-XIAP was in combination with CAFs-oe-EVs (CAFs-EVs of overexpression SNHG12) for a joint experiment; B: CCK-8 assay was conducted to examine the cell activity of NSCLC and the half inhibitory concentration (IC50) of DDP; C: Colony formation assay was performed to detect the proliferation capacity of NSCLC cells; D: Flow cytometry was used to test the apoptotic level of NSCLC cells. The cell experiment was repeated 3 times independently, and data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation. Data in panel A was analyzed using one-way ANOVA and data in panels B-D were analyzed using one-way ANOVA, followed by Tukey’s post-hoc test, * p < 0.05.
