Exosomal miR-301a-3p regulated PDGF-BB-stimulated functions of ASMCs via targeting STAT3. ASMCs were treated with exosomes isolated from ASMCs after transfection with miR-301a-3p mimics (exosomal miR-301a-3p) or negative control (exosomal NC), and ectopic expression of STAT3 (STAT3 OE) under PDGF-BB stimulation. Cell viability, migration, and apoptosis were measured by CCK-8 (A) Transwell (B) and flow cytometry (C). The secretion of IL-1β (D) IL-6 (E) and TNF-α (F) were evaluated by ELISA assay. *p<0.05; **p < 0.01.
