a. Relative mRNA levels of IL-18R in colorectal cancer cell lines. HTC116 and HT-29 cells had significantly higher expression levels of IL-18R compared with expression in SW480, SW620, and CACO2 cell lines. b. Relative mRNA levels of IL-18RAP in colorectal cancer cell lines. IL-18RAP expression was higher in HCT116 cells compared with that in HT29 cells. c. Relative mRNA levels of IL-18BP in colorectal cancer cell lines. Both HCT116 and HT-29 had relative low expressions of IL-18BP. IL-18R: IL-18 receptor; IL-18RAP: IL-18 receptor accessory protein; IL-18BP: IL-18 binding protein.
