circBCL11B expression is remarkably increased in oral squamous cell carcinoma tissues and cell lines

A circBCL11B expression in 50 couples of oral squamous cell carcinoma tissues and cell lines were detected by qRT-PCR assay (p < 0.001).B Kaplan-Meier survival curve were used to evaluate overall survival time in OSCC patients with low cirCBCL11b expression (n = 25) and high cirCBCL11b expression (n = 25) (p < 0.001).
