Antioxidin-NV inhibited UVB-induced apoptosis in the skin of hairless mice. (A) skin tissues were taken and paraffin blocks were cut into 4 μm thick sections for anti-Cleaved Caspase 3 immunofluorescence. Cleaved Caspase 3 proteins are stained green. Scale bar = 50 μm. (B) Immunohistochemical staining of skin tissues was used to determine the expression levels of Cleaved Caspase 3. Cleaved Caspase 3 proteins are stained brown (Indicated by red arrow).
