(A) Classification of T cells and major T-cell subsets in the lungs was performed as described in Fig S8A. (B) Within the CD8⁺ non-naïve (CD95⁺) T-cell gate, the following populations were identified: CD49d⁺ Ki67⁺, CXCR3⁺ Ki67⁺, PD-1⁺ Ki67⁺, CD28⁺ CCR7⁺, and CD103⁺. A subpopulation of CXCR3⁺ CD69⁺ cells was further isolated within the CD103⁺ gate.
