pcTERT-kk-64 plasmid selectively inhibit liver cancer cells growth and induced apoptosis. HepG2 and HL-7702 cells were transfected with pcTERT-kk-64 or pcTERT plasmid. The cell viability was tested using MTS kit (a) and the apoptosis was determined by Annexin-V-FLUOS/PI staining method using flow cytometer (b). Experiments were repeated three times.
