Effects of ATF7 on PCAT18-mediated TNBC cell migration. MDA-MB-231 and BT549 cells were transfected with vector, PCAT18-overexpression plasmid, combination of PCAT18-overexpression plasmid and NC shRNA, and combination of PCAT18-overexpression plasmid and ATF7 shRNA.
