METTL3 promoted EMT, cell invasion, and migration in ESCA cells. ECA109 and TE-1 cells were transfected with sh-METTL3 with sh-NC as the control. EMT, cell migration, and invasion were observed. A: METTL3 expression pattern in ECA109 and TE-1 cells was detected via qRT-PCR; B: Positive expression patterns of N-cadherin and E-cadherin were detected via immunofluorescence; C: Cell invasion and migration potentials were detected via Transwell assays; Cell experiment was conducted 3 times independently. All data were measurement data and represented as mean ± SD. Data in figures A and C were analyzed using one-way ANOVA and data in figure B were analyzed using two-way ANOVA. After analysis, data were verified by Tukey’s multiple comparison test. *** P < 0.001
