Moderate-intensity aerobic exercise had no significant relationship with FMD in the middle-aged and elderly people [WMD, 1.49 (95% CI, −0.62 to 3.60), P = 0.17], while vigorous-intensity aerobic exercise improved FMD significantly [WMD, 1.10 (95% CI, 0.27–1.93), P < 0.05].
