ΔT_m of putative stabilized CcdB mutants. Mutants were identified from (A) MFI_seq (bind) at 5 nM GyrA14, (B) MFI_seq (ratio) at 5 nM GyrA14, (C) MFI_seq (bind) at 100 nM GyrA14, (D) MFI_seq (ratio) at 100 nM GyrA14. The mutants were randomly selected from a subset of forty mutants which showed the highest MFI_seq (bind) or the highest MFI_seq (ratio) and had MFI_seq (expr) > 6,672.
