Oxycodone self-administration affects thermal pain threshold. A. Latency of withdrawal tails from 48 °C water was measured in female LEW rats (n=6). Rats were significantly more sensitive to thermal pain 4, 24, and 48 h after oxycodone SA compared to baseline. B.
