(b, c) Western blotting showed that transfection with a miR-138-5p mimic reduced the levels of WEE1 protein in U87 and U251 cells. (d) qRT-PCR showed that the miR-138-5p mimic transfection reduced the levels of WEE1 mRNA in U87 and U251 cells.
