a, PyMT;UBC-CreERT+/−;Mtdhfl/fl mice with tumors were treated with vehicle or 60 mg/kg of Tamoxifen (Tmx) for five consecutive days. One week after the treatment, tumors were collected, and RNA was extracted for RNA sequencing.
